Wendy is a humanistic, person-centred Psychologist who works within a strengths-based framework, tailoring her approach to the specific needs of each client.

Wendy will take the time to get to know you and listen to your story. Wendy will work with you to find the right approach to restore your mental health and wellbeing, and empower you to take steps in your life that align with your values and preferred way of living.

Wendy is trained in several evidence-based approaches, including Interpersonal Process, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

Areas of Interest

Wendy is experienced in offering therapeutic support to individuals aged 14 years and above, hailing from various backgrounds. She has worked across different settings, including community health services, private practice, universities, and secondary schools. Wendy specialises in assisting clients dealing with mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, PTSD, grief and loss, emotion dysregulation, OCD, carers’ issues, life transitions, relationship struggles, work-related challenges, identity crises, adjustment difficulties, low self-esteem, and sleep problems.
