At Vital Health Therapy clinic, we are proud to be registered NDIS providers with over 15 years of combined private practice experience. Our expert practitioners specialise in assessing and treating individuals with disabilities to help them achieve their personal goals, enhance their independence, boost mobility, and improve overall wellbeing and comfort. We are thrilled to extend our skills to a broader community, allowing more individuals to access and attain optimal outcomes.

Our practitioners work with NDIS clients on various goals related to body movements, including coordinating trunk and limb movements, enhancing functional movements like walking (gait), and building strength and physical abilities for activities of daily living. By making daily tasks easier and enabling individuals to get more out of life, we are dedicated to supporting our clients every step of the way.

HOW DO WE SUPPORT YOU?

Achieve your physical strength & mobility goals

  • Managing and reducing chronic pain

  • Onsite and at home prescribed exercises

  • Education on at home support for patients/carers

  • Access to Clinical Pilates down stairs at the gym

  • Plan for and provide treatment reports where necessary for funding

SELF MANAGED AND PLAN-MANAGED NDIS CLIENTS:

we provide allied health support services for self-managed and plan-managed NDIS Clients.

For plan-managed clients, our clinics can invoice your support coordinator’s accounts department directly upon request.

For self-managed clients, consultations are required to be paid in full on the day. You can then claim reimbursement from NDIS.

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provides support for individuals with permanent and significant disabilities. Funding and support are tailored to each person's specific requirements. If you fail to attend your appointment or cancel late, you will be charged the full fee. Please be mindful of this policy and ensure you notify us in advance if you are unable to make your scheduled session.
